Terms of Service

  • By commissioning Patt you agree to the following:

  • Turnaround time for colored sketches should be in 2 weeks. Turnaround time for illustrations and reference sheets should be in 3 months.

  • No rush commissions are accepted.

  • Patt can decline a commission if it does not align with Patt's skills and/or comfort.

  • Full payment upfront, with the only modes of payment as the following: Ko-fi, GCash, or Paypal (invoice).

  • Full refund can only be issued when Patt has not worked on the piece. Only half of the amount can be refunded if Patt has given at least one update.

  • Commissioning Patt reserves the right for you to personally use the art.

  • An additional fee of 300% of the base price will be charged for commercial use: monetized videos/streams use, merchandise use.

  • The commissioned art still belongs to Patt, cannot be claimed as yours, and may be used in Patt's portfolio/advertising. A private commission fee of 20 USD may be charged if the client wishes to keep Patt from using it as Patt's portfolio/advertising.

  • References must be given. No text-based reference is accepted.

  • Limited major revisions (no limit during sketch, but only 2 after-sketch revisions). Following major revisions will be charged with 20 USD fee.

  • Patt allows slight alterations of Patt's works, much like changing the color tone for aesthetical purposes or cropping. However no form of major editing such as "correction", leaving out or covering up Patt's watermark, or continuation of unfinished works (unless Patt has stated otherwise).

  • STRICTLY DO NOT use Patt's works to generate images using AI and the like.

  • STRICTLY NO USE for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT’s) and any Cryptocurrencies is allowed.
