  • Character Props are objects acting like an extension of the character, which includes an umbrella, weapon, etc. basically anything they can interact with. It is a separate item that has its own complex design. Availing additional props will add a deliverable where the character will have and not have the prop.

  • Polaroid Design is a custom overlay set at a fixed price, regardless of number of doodled elements.

  • Major Revision is the changing of composition and design after the colored sketch stage. One order of major revision must include all necessary changes to the artwork. It is encouraged for the client to input all the necessary changes and feedback to shape the work into their vision.

  • Following the definition of major revisions, colored sketches won't be affected by this during the process of making the commission. The only instance this may be issued to this offer is when the commission is declared finished and the deliverables have been sent.

  • Services not offered can be negotiated.

  • Payment will automatically secure a slot.

  • The finished artwork will be sent through email. Unless the service is inquired through VGen, the client may choose where to receive it between the two options.

Terms of Service

  • By commissioning Patt you agree to the following:

  • Turnaround time for colored sketches should be in 1 week. Turnaround time for illustrations and reference sheets should be in 1 month. Complex commissions can take longer than expected, delays will be notified.

  • No rush commissions are accepted.

  • Patt can decline a commission if it does not align with Patt's skills and/or comfort.

  • Full payment upfront, with the only modes of payment as the following: Ko-fi, VGen, GCash, or Paypal (invoice).

  • Full refund can only be issued when Patt has not worked on the piece. Only half of the amount can be refunded if Patt has given at least one update. No refund will be entertained after the final deliverables have been sent.

  • Commissioning Patt reserves the right for you to personally use the art.

  • An additional fee of 100% of the base price will be charged for commercial use: monetized videos/streams use, merchandise use.

  • The commissioned art still belongs to Patt, cannot be claimed as yours, and may be used in Patt's portfolio/advertising. A private commission fee of 20 USD (400 PHP) may be charged if the client wishes to keep Patt from using it as Patt's portfolio/advertising.

  • References must be given. No text-based reference is accepted.

  • Limited major revisions (no limit during sketch, but only 2 after-sketch revisions). Following major revisions will be charged with 20 USD fee (400 PHP).

  • Patt allows slight alterations of Patt's works, much like changing the color tone for aesthetical purposes or cropping. However no form of major editing such as "correction", leaving out or covering up Patt's watermark, or continuation of unfinished works (unless Patt has stated otherwise).

  • STRICTLY DO NOT use Patt's works to generate images using AI and the like.

  • STRICTLY NO USE for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT’s) and any Cryptocurrencies is allowed.
